仕事内容：
Bluebell Japan is a leading luxury company and the leader of the import luxury fragrance market with key prestigious brands like Bulgari, Gucci, D&G, Burberry, Lanvin as well as Chloe, Marc Jacobs and Calvin Klein handled by the joint-venture Coty Prestige Japan. Logistics Senior Manager is responsible to improve, lead and supervise logistics team in order to achieve the target of sales/profit/inventory with the accurate analysis/forecast of statistic data.

1. Prepare and analyze all related sales and P/L data of Fragrance & Cosmetics division 
2. And develop the improvement plan of business efficiency with division management
3. Improve the efficiency/effectiveness of logistics operation, including the improvement of internal system (hard/soft)
4. Implement the accurate forecast of purchase and audit the precise inventory level periodically 
5. Lead, coach and train the staff of logistics team
 
応募条件：
1. Experiences, Skills and Knowledge required: 
Essential to have experiences of business analysis and logistics, preferable for consumer products at mass distribution
High level of skill for statistical data development, analysis and presentation
High level of knowledge for business operation
2. People Management: At least 2 years’ experience
3. Language: Advanced English ( TOEIC +800)
4. Pc skills: OS / MS Windows, 
Application / Word (Intermediate) , Excel (Advanced) , E-mail, PowerPoi
