給与：　年収700～900万円

業務内容：
●ブランドの成長と共に店舗拡大に意欲的な当社にて、新規出店の店舗開発・設計、VMD業務、又マネジメントをお任せします

〔MISSION STATEMENT〕
-To maximize brand image enhancement through managing the quality of store design and merchandising.
-To realize retail environment for further business development, in terms of brand image and retailing functionalities. 

〔REPORTING STRUCTURE〕
President & CEO

〔MAIN RESPONSIBILITY〕
-Prepare store design/layout proposal in line with the HQ guideline, and communicate internally and externally from approval to execution, including negotiations with department stores.
-Manage the vendors and contractors on the process and implementation, including cost estimation.
-Manage and take actions on maintenance of store fixtures and equipment including procurement and stock control.
-Manage to develop new design elements based on the HQ guideline with local technical specifications.
-Maintenance of existing stores including procurement and stock management (fixtures and equipment) and take appropriate action whenever necessary.
-Prepare budget, forecasts in collaboration with VMD Manager
-Report to HQ as necessary.

求められる経験：
〔MUST経験・スキル〕
●建築・設計事務所にてラグジュアリーファッション業界に携わってこられた経験7年以上
あるいはラグジュアリー業界にて店舗設計に関わる業務に 携わってきた経験7年以上
●ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力

〔WANT経験・スキル〕
●百貨店、ファッション業界の人脈をお持ちの方
●創作意欲の高い方
